About Vyse's English voice actor, not much is known. I've heard he does some of the voices in Yu-Gi-Oh, but I haven't confirmed this.

Seki Tomokazu is a well-known seiyuu and singer in Japan.  He has had a number of roles in both anime and games, and has also worked on radio and CD dramas (including the Eternal Arcadia drama CDs).  Some characters you may recognize are Touji Suzahara and SEELE (Neon Genesis Evangelion), Kinomoto Touya, Sakura's older brother of Card Captor Sakura (Card Captors in the US), the popular Chichiri of Fushigi Yuugi, and (this one really surprised me) Kenji of Pokemon (Tracy in the dubbed version).  He is also a member of the band Weiss.  More in-depth information can be found here.

Color Information
Color is often used to help define the personality of a person. Vyse is, quite obviously, associated with the color blue.

Blue is a color associated with peace, calm, unity, trust, and confidence. It is considered the safest color to wear when travelling abroad because very few cultures find it offensive.  People with a blue "aura" are very artistic and creative; they are constantly exploring and expanding their horizons. Blue personalities are usually trustworthy, honest and reliable.

Brown hair and eyes have long been a sign of middle class or normalcy.  Brown is also associated with the outdoors, reliability, endurance, and comfort.

The MBTI
The MBTI is a way of classifying personality types. Each person has a different way of taking in and interpreting information, and different ways of reacting to a given situation. While every person is different, there are general "preferences" most people follow to come to conclusions; the MBTI is a labeling system of sorts for these preferences.
Anyways, to find out what type one is, one may take a questionaire to figure out what preferences one has.

Vyse came up as an ENFP-Extroverted (likes to be around others) iNtuitive (imaginative and open-minded), Feeling (warm-hearted and somewhat subjective), and Perceptive (prefering flexibility and spontaneity). His temperment is that of an idealist. Idealists tend to be romantic, enthusiastic, warm-hearted and are often very inspiring to others. They are the rarest temperment, making up about 8%-10% of the world's population.

There *is* a lot more to the MBTI then the pitifully small summary that I've given here; I hope to elaborate on this later. :)
